About Reboot My Blade

I started Reboot My Blade with a pretty simple idea: a good blade should be sharp, and sharpening it well is worth taking the time to do right.

I'm based in Anoka, Minnesota, and sharpen a wide range of knives, blades, and tools. Knives are my favorite to work on, and most are sharpened by hand using whetstones, giving me control over the edge from start to finish. I also sharpen lawn mower blades, axes and hatchets, chainsaws, garden tools, woodworking and leatherworking tools, scissors, shears, and plenty of other edges that need some attention.

I know a lot of the things brought to me aren't just another tool. It might be the kitchen knife you use every day, the hunting knife you've carried for years, or a quality tool you'd rather maintain than replace. I treat each one accordingly and focus on returning a sharp, functional edge that's ready to be used again.

 

For local customers, I offer convenient drop-off and pickup in Anoka, with a secure drop box available. Mail-in sharpening is also available for customers who aren't nearby. Most sharpening is completed within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
